Maybe Manpurse* Was Wrong, Maybe Bush Isn't Hitler After All....

If Clinton or Carter had accomplished something like this, they would be Nobel Laureates!

  • Oh wait, the mean little man, I mean Carter, already is one...

Haven't many on the left been imploring someone to do something about AIDS in Africa for decades? Well, it appears someone has:

Our "Fuhrer":

CAPE TOWN, South Africa - In her AIDS-scarred South African township, Sweetness Mzolisa leads a chorus of praise for George W. Bush that echoes to the deserts of Namibia, the hills of Rwanda and the villages of Ethiopia.

A chorus of praise?? Haven't we been told for 8 long years that people who do that are called "Bushbots" or"American Flag Lapel Pin Wearing Hyperpatriots"??

Like countless Africans, Mzolisa looks forward to Barack Obama becoming America's first black president Jan 20. But — like countless Africans — Mzolisa says she will always be grateful to Bush for his war on AIDS, which has helped to treat more than 2 million Africans, support 10 million more, and revitalize the global fight against the disease.

Are you telling me that this evil man, this insidious tyrant, this monster, this fascist, who has no regard for the Constitution, liberty or human life, who has destroyed the earth's climate,
created coastal destroying hurricanes, eaten babies, proposed banning sunsets and a dizzying panoply of other crimes against the planet and humanity too numerous to mention, has saved between two and possibly as many as ten million lives????

"It has done a lot for the people of South Africa, for the whole of the African continent," says Mzolisa, a feisty mother of seven. "It has changed so many people's lives, saved so many people's lives."

According to Bob Geldof, (Pink in the movie adaptation of Pink Floyd's The Wall, former lead singer for the Boomtown Rats and Africa activist extraordinaire), Bush has done more for AIDS in Africa than any U.S. President. Does pointing this out make me a Bushbot? Has Olbermann chronicled this on Countdown? Perhaps he's too busy regaling us with important information, such as the intricate details of Sasha Obama's backpack and the new White House puppy or whether Malia and Sasha can ever have a normal childhood in the glare of the media spotlight. I know it's probably a bit unwarranted, I don't know why I decided to pick on Manpurse today, maybe as the song goes, it's just another manic Monday...

*Manpurse: Rabid, useful idiot tool for the hard left, ladies_man and NBC Sportscaster, Keith_Olbermann.

You're just confused because you think that it is hypocrisy. The fact is, that it is open war on a President of the US, and no, there are no Geneva Conventions addressing the internal desire to destroy the leader of a country in wartime.

Indeed.
